I had the privilege of collaborating with Writers Unlimited on two occasions.
In 2023, where I had the honor of designing the campaign image for the festival theme "All the World's a Book", curated by Maria Vlaar and with graphic design by Eindeloos Ontwerpers.
The first collaboration took place in 2022, shortly after the challenging lockdown period, during the spring. For this event, I developed a concept for tablecloths and t-shirts based on the theme "Who’s House Is This?", curated by former director Ellen Walraven.
The design featured small objects that could transform a house into a home, depending on one's perspective. This concept was inspired by secondhand shops, where a diverse array of items from various homes are gathered in one place.Additionally, as Trompette de la Mort (in collaboration with Bruno Ferro Xavier da Silva), we conducted live painting sessions over two evenings based on the theme "Who’s House Is This?". These sessions allowed attendees to engage in discussions about the theme while we painted.
As part of the program Meat: Woman, curated by Joëlle Koorneef, I designed a large drawing and a small booklet based on my autonomous drawings from the Meat series. Poet Elianne van Elderen wrote poems inspired by these drawings, which were also featured during her recital.
